Grindon Farm is nestled within the Northumberland National Park commanding spectacular, panoramic rural views. We provide an ideal base for walking and cycling holidays in beautiful Hadrian’s Wall country, or a peaceful retreat for some well deserved rest and relaxation!

THE OLD FARMHOUSE sleeps 4/5 people and offers self-catering holiday accommodation to an excellent standard, including drying facilities and a secure cycle store. The Old Farmhouse has been awarded a Bronze Award under the North East England Tourism Awards 2011, and Four Stars Gold Award under the Enjoy England Awards for Excellence Scheme. Pets are always welcome.

GRINDON CARTSHED sleeps up to 6 people and offers superb self-catering holiday accommodation throughout the year. Grindon Cartshed has also been awarded Four Star Gold status under the Enjoy England Awards for Excellence Scheme. Pets are always welcome to stay here too.

Grindon Farm is supplied with water from our own maintained spring.

LOCATION
Grindon sits within 600 acres of farmland and we have a small flock of coloured Ryeland sheep. Our rural location attracts a wide range of birdlife. We are 4 miles from our local village of Haydon Bridge and its shops and inns, 11 miles away from the beautiful historic town of Hexham and within an hour of the vibrant city of Newcastle upon Tyne.
